These Terms of Service ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you and Tech mix ("we," "us," or "Company") regarding your use of Bunny Jackpot Spin.

Resolving Disputes

We take disputes seriously. Here's our process for addressing them fairly.

Step 1: Talk to Us First
Before filing any formal claim, contact us at our support team with a description of your dispute. We aim to resolve issues informally within 30 days.

Arbitration (Where Permitted): Disputes not resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class-action arbitration is not permitted.

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or mass action lawsuit or arbitration against Tech mix.

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.

If you prefer not to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing our support team within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Account Termination

When you or Tech mix ends this relationship, these rules apply.

You Can Leave Anytime
You may stop using Bunny Jackpot Spin at any time. To delete your account and request data deletion, contact our support team. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or data.

Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.

Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your license ends immediately, virtual assets in your account are forfeited (if terminated for cause), and survival provisions continue in force.

We may discontinue Bunny Jackpot Spin with reasonable prior notice. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated under applicable law.

Legal Jurisdiction

This section specifies the governing law and jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this version and any translation, the English version prevails.

Notice of Changes: Material changes get in-app notifications. The effective date on this page always reflects the latest version. For major rights changes, we give at least 14 days advance notice.

The effective date shown on these Terms is the date they apply. Using the app after this date confirms your acceptance.
